I ordered this S23 on the 3/04, and recieved it on the 8/04, brand new in a sealed box. I love everything about the phone. I had originally purchased the pixel 8 from office works but returned it after 7 days, due to it overheating and dropping out when it got too hot. I will definitely buy from this seller again. I can't post photos because im using the phone, so how do i take a photo? Thankyou so much again.

The delivery was on time, however, the phone is not performing well at all. The battery is appalling even with power saving on, and only using simple apps such as whatsapp and calls. There is frequent lag and the phone heats up quickly and watching 10minutes of YouTube can drain 6% of the battery. The Seller was responsive but the item description did not fulfill the fact that the phone was not in good performance condition.
